JOINT LETTER BY EMINENT SCIENTISTS

JOINT LETTER TO PROFESSOR ATTA-UR-RAHMAN

Just short note express to you our admiration of your establishment of an outstanding institute in South Central Asia. We all are amazed at the high professionalism exhibited by the workers of your of institutions, at the performance of your instruments and of the general intensity of scientific activity at the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry.

We are impressed by your creation of an outstanding scientific program starting from "scratch", i.e. from a desert of scientific activity and with hardly any fund or support.

You should be congratulated on your and your colleagues efforts on establishment and promulgating such a jewel of scientific enterprise
